FAQ’s
What if it rains?
Real estate images can generally still be shot when raining. However, if you want to showcase the view or have a lot of big windows and want a sunny day for your images, I can be flexible about scheduling.
What about models?
We don’t work with or have access to professional models at this time. If you would like images with people in them, you are responsible for coordinating with the models.
What if I don’t like my images?
We are open to discussing the images and making a few tweaks to make them better fit your vision. Please note that you are responsible for preparing the property to be photographed.
What is your refund policy?
As this is a digital product, please note there are no refunds for completed work.
