Returns and Refund Policy

Overview

My refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is defective (improper/poor printing, damaged, etc.) I am more than happy to offer a full refund!

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. Since I work with printers for most of my products, I’ll need images or videos showing the item’s defect. I will use these to work with the printer for a full refund.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless directed.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Most of the time, images or videos clearly showing the problem are enough to expedite your refund. I will let you know if it is necessary to return the item and give you return instructions at that time.

If your refund is approved, I’ll be in touch to let you know. You will receive a credit back to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
